The self-paced, online CSM Course uses next-generation adaptive learning technology to build High Performance. CSM is able to do this by simultaneously personalizing instruction in academic and how-you-learn, -act and -feel domains, so as to address the many, disparate High Performance competencies.
The CSM Course provides math and literacy refreshers to math and literacy skills, which many college graduates require. At the same time, CSM builds learning agility and self-reliance by identifying strengths and concerns in student learning strategies and providing feedback to direct personal growth.
And CSM boosts self-efficacy by providing a variety of positive responses to apprentice breakthroughs and successes.
On competing the CSM Course, apprentices will earn the CSM Certificate, which comes along with the widely-used Credly digital badge. The certificate and digital badge come with two benefits:

CSM is very highly personalized, so it takes people very different amounts of time to finish. Typically, it takes 20-50 hours.
Apprentices should work at least 2 hours per week, and can work up to 4-6 hours per day if they are trying to finish before a deadline (e.g. before apprenticeship classes start). At maximum intensity, many people can complete CSM in 2 weeks, but at 2 hours per week, completion typically will take 2-6 months.
CSM is available online 24/7.
Yes! The skills that your apprentice takes will be valuable at any time, and the small time commitment (as little as 2 hours a week) should not stretch most apprentices.
Apprentices work individually with personal coach, and can start at any time.
