The Cielo Foundation provides scholarships up to $10,000 to students who pursue postsecondary education at either trade schools or at community colleges in a career program.

If your parents or siblings are in school or college, considering college, working towards their GED, or would like to jump start their career with new skills, they can join for free with you! Here's something you can do to help.
They can take CSM and Career Strategies, work with a Personal Coach, earn college credit, and participate in the college and career programming. Note: they will not be eligible for the $100 Completion Bonus or the scholarship.
Family members should be able to have a simple conversation in English.
Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland found that students who took CSM before starting college were almost 4 times as likely to graduate!
CSM is accepted as transfer credit at colleges representing nearly 1 million students. This can save hundreds or more dollars of college tuition.
At many colleges, CSM counts as key math credit, often satisfying the general education math requirements!

CSM is not just designed for students -- major businesses use CSM to develop High Performance skills. The same CSM Course that you'll take is taken by corporate managers with advanced degrees, allowing them to work confidently at their best.
CSM is valued by students and professionals because while different people need different skills, CSM's High Performance is universal.
When you complete CSM, you will receive a Credly digital badge of High Performance that you can share on social media and add to your digital resume.
* Work on the CSM Course + Career Strategies for 50 hours. The CSM Course adapts to your knowledge, so it might take you 15-70 hours or more. If you finish early, you'll work on CSM+ Courses building advanced problem-solving skills. If you don't finish this summer, that's OK - the account is yours forever.
* Attend two college and career events. We are still planning the summer, and we expect to have about 6-10 events, each 1 hour. You will be required to attend any 2 to receive the full completion bonus, and are welcome to attend all of them!
CSM is available online 24/7.
Your coach will be checking your progress frequently and you can also reach out whenever you need extra support.
